Stephen McLean is the founder of Triside and an experienced project management professional with a strong background in project delivery, governance, asset management, and disaster recovery.

Throughout his career, Stephen has worked closely with government agencies, local councils, and public sector organisations to support the successful delivery of complex projects and programs. His expertise spans project coordination, operational planning, governance frameworks, procurement, compliance management, strategic asset planning, and disaster recovery initiatives.

Stephen established Triside to provide practical, outcomes-focused support to organisations operating in complex environments where strong coordination, stakeholder management, and effective governance are critical to success.

His experience managing projects across diverse sectors has provided a deep understanding of the challenges associated with balancing operational requirements, stakeholder expectations, regulatory obligations, and long-term asset outcomes.



Stephen is particularly recognised for his work supporting disaster recovery and resilience initiatives, including projects delivered under the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA), where strong governance, reporting, and compliance processes are essential.

Known for his collaborative and pragmatic approach, Stephen works closely with clients to develop practical solutions that create lasting value while ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, transparently, and with confidence.

Jodi McLean

Jodi McLean is an executive agricultural leader with more than 28 years’ experience spanning governance, risk management, research leadership, innovation, and commercialisation.

Her career has included senior leadership roles with organisations such as the Soil CRC, CRDC, GrainCorp, and the University of Newcastle, where she has worked across complex research, industry, and stakeholder environments to deliver strategic outcomes and industry impact.

Jodi has also provided consulting services to the Grains Research and Development Corporation (GRDC) and Sugar Research Australia (SRA).



Known for her practical approach and ability to build trusted relationships, Jodi is passionate about supporting innovation, fostering collaboration, and helping organisations translate research and strategy into real-world outcomes.
