Which Node?

Your registration includes access to all Forum sessions, morning and afternoon tea, lunch, the Forum Dinner, and the site visit over the two days. The pre-Forum Welcome Dinner is not included. All registration costs are in $AUD and include GST.

Cohort Workshop

This workshop is provided for all WMI Cohort members (post-doctorate researchers and students).This workshop will be held on the afternoon of Day Two of the Forum. Please find workshop information in the program. Limited places are available to please book quickly to secure a place.

Social Functions

Pre-event Welcome Dinner

Held on the evening before the Forum, this informal networking event provides attendees with an opportunity to reconnect in person and establish new connections that can be strengthened over the following two days. Attendees cover their own dinner costs (except for WMI Cohort funded and PAC Agronomists). Triside will arrange the venue. Dress code: Casual

Forum Dinner

Held on the first night of the Forum. Join us for the Forum Dinner as we celebrate another successful year of research and innovation. Bringing together researchers from all Nodes and the four partner universities, GRDC staff, Program Advisory Committee (PAC) agronomists, external researchers, and invited guests, the Dinner provides an excellent opportunity to network, strengthen collaborations, and celebrate the achievements of the Weed Management Initiative (WMI) Program. Dress code: Business Casual

Site Visit

Held on the morning of Day Two of the Forum Join us as we visit local university facilities and, if time permits, nearby agricultural growing regions to observe and better understand the opportunities, constraints, and challenges associated with weed research. Dress code: Appropriate attire for outdoor activities, including enclosed shoes.

Cancellations All cancellations and requests for registration refunds must be made in writing to jodi@triside.com.au. Any changes to your registration or optional bookings will not be accepted over the phone. Cancellations received two weeks before the Forum will receive a refund less a $10 administration fee Cancellations received within the last two weeks before the Forum will not receive a refund. Exceptions are at the discretion of Triside Refunds will not be issued until after the Forum Refunds will not be given for non-attendance at the Forum If you are unable to attend the Forum after submitting your online registration, you can nominate a substitute. All substitutes’ names are to be received via email to jodi@triside.com.au.

Payment

Except for Node researchers and those covered by Triside, all payments must be received prior to the Forum and within the due date listed on the tax invoice (if a tax invoice is required). Non-attendance at the conference still requires payment in full, unless a cancellation is received two weeks before the Forum.

$240.00 Standard Forum cost inclusive of GST.
